Some special bookings such as promotional fares, festival packages, or instant booking confirmations may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
If a trip must be cancelled due to government travel bans, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, a partial refund or travel credit may be provided at the discretion of Jagarnath Varanasi Travels and its service providers.
All eligible refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Changes or rescheduling of confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested within 14 days of the trip date may not be permitted.
If you fail to turn up at the scheduled departure point without prior notice, no refund will be issued under any condition. It is your responsibility to be available on the date and time of travel.
